While our primary focus is on creating online projects for the video game, entertainment, toy and lifestyle markets, we happily welcome clients from outside those industries. Our roster of clients over the years has included: Wizards of the Coast, Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, AEG, Bandai, Monster Energy, MedMen, and more.
Haven Agency is a fully remote team where creativity thrives from the comfort of your own home. We do require U.S. residence, and if you're soaking up the Southern California sun, consider that a serious bonus.
We are primarily looking for a candidate with a robust portfolio, preferably with agency experience or a track record of managing multiple projects rather than just one long-term client. It’s a bonus if your expertise extends beyond what’s typically offered by a coding academy or bootcamp.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES...
- Identify and prospect new clients using market insights and data analytics, converting opportunities into tangible business growth.
- Leverage modern social platforms and networking sales tools to build and maintain a robust new business pipeline with prospective clients nationwide.
- Engage with potential clients by harnessing the power of your digital and social networks, including emerging platforms and community forums.
- Research and connect with key decision-makers across organizations, setting up meetings between clients and company leaders.
- Craft compelling proposals and RFPs enriched with interactive multimedia and data visualizations, ensuring presentations are both persuasive and on-trend.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, NDAs, payment structures, and Statements of Work using secure digital platforms and collaborative tools that streamline the process.
- Create project-related documentation such as project schedules, functional specifications, and information architecture.
- Introduce new digital products and services, continuously enhancing client relationships with forward-thinking strategies and real-time performance insights.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet client needs.
- Attend industry functions, events, and conferences, and provide feedback on technology and creative trends.
- Leverage in-depth industry and competitor analysis to help shape the company’s unique selling propositions, ensuring we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
AT A MINIMUM, YOU MUST HAVE
EXPERIENCE WITH...
- Digital agency experience.
- A strong understanding of web technologies and standards.
- Proven ability in sales, development, and project management of high-level client relationships.
- Comfort with and demonstrated success in negotiating complex and high-value agreements.
- An almost obsessive level of attention to details, structure, and organization.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Work in an open, highly collaborative, aggressive, and deadline-driven team environment.
